Returns & Refunds

All JR Skin Care products are made in small batches. Unfortunately, we can't offer you a return or exchange, and all sales are final.  We encourage you to contact us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.

JR Skin Care does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such a case, please send a photo of the damaged items to jrskincareny@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package, and we will gladly replace it. Please send us the broken item.

Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
